WAMDA members will have an opportunity to speak with their elected officials about their professional contributions to long-term solutions to nutritional health and food insecurity in the communities where they work and live.
WAMDA members are encouraged to personally contact their legislator(s) and can use the attached tips for that purpose. Each legislator’s office has been contacted already with an invitation, but they may be more motivated to attend if personally invited by a constituent!
