Membership Application

We are currently accepting annual membership applications for August 2020 to July 2021. If you have been a WAMDA member at any time from August 2014 until now, please use the renewal form, even if your membership has lapsed.

Please note that your renewal is not complete until payment is received. The WAMDA membership year begins in August and ends in July. Applications with payment received after April 1st will be applied to the next membership period.
Note: Your first and last name as well as your email address will be shared with the entire membership. The remainder of the fields below will remain private.

Dues: $20 ($25 if submitted after 7/31/20)
Students and retired members: $10 ($15 if submitted after 7/31/20)
