Membership Renewal Form

We are currently accepting renewal applications for the August 2021 to July 2022 membership year. If you have been a WAMDA member at any time from August 2014 until now, please use this form, even if your membership has lapsed.

Please note that your renewal is not complete until payment is received. The WAMDA membership year begins on August 1 and ends on July 31. Renewals with payment received after April 1st will be applied to the upcoming membership period.

Note: Your first and last name as well as your email address will be shared with the entire membership.
Note: Academy membership is a requirement

Membership Dues

Submit by: July 31, 2021
In order to avoid a lapse in membership and access to the member area of the website, please ensure payment is received by 7/31/21.
Dues: $20 ($25 if submitted after 7/31/21)
Students and retired members: $10 ($15 if submitted after 7/31/21)
