The UMass Amherst Department of Nutrition invites you to the 36th Annual Virginia A. Beal Lecture on April 25, 2024 beginning at 5:30 pm in the Hampshire Room, Hampshire Dining Commons. This year, the department welcomes Dr. Elizabeth Eagleson, Associate Professor of Medicine at UMass Chan Medical School, as she presents "Food as Medicine: The Power of Teaching Kitchens." The department's annual student scholarship and award ceremony will precede the lecture.
