Elizabeth Devine & UMass Dining Win Silver Medal

Elizabeth Devine, MS, RDN, LDN, and UMass Dining received the 2013 Silver Medal from the National Association of College and University Food Services for Most Innovative Wellness and Nutrition Promotion. Her research-backed Healthy Protein Promotion, executed with the help of independent study students, took place at UMass Amherst during the Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 semesters and was focused on increasing student consumption of healthy protein, including fish, poultry, beans, and nuts.
