Membership Renewal Form

We are currently accepting renewal applications for the August 2017 to July 2018 membership year. If you have been a WAMDA member at any time from August 2014 until now, please use this form, even if your membership has lapsed.

Please note that your renewal is not complete until payment is received. The WAMDA membership year begins in August and ends in June. Renewals with payment received after April 1st will be applied to the next membership period.

Note: Your first and last name as well as your email address will be shared with the entire membership.
Note: Academy membership is a requirement

In order to avoid a lapse in membership and access to the member area of the website, please ensure payment is received by 8/1/17.
Dues: $20 ($25 if mailed after 8/1/17)
Students and retired members: $10 ($15 if mailed after 8/1/17)
